Can I modify my order after it has been placed?Changes to a custom order may not be possible or may incur additional fees/charges such as restocking and design fees.

What is the process to complete client projectsThe client provides KC Johnson will details regarding size, color, art and any other important information based on the nature of the project. We then create an estimate. The client reviews the estimate which includes pertinent details of the order. Once the estimate is approved, it becomes an invoice. The client pays the invoice and the work begins.
